Yes! At Lee & Bee Spotless, we prioritise eco-friendly cleaning methods and products that are safe for your family and pets while being effective in removing dirt and grime.
4. How long will the cleaning take?
The time required for cleaning depends on the size of your home and the specific services requested. Generally, a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home takes about 2 to 3 hours for routine cleaning and about 4 to 5 hours for deep cleaning.

Absolutely! We offer customisable cleaning packages to meet your specific needs. Just let us know your preferences and we will work with you to create a plan that fits.
6. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that plans can change. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Yes, we are fully insured giving you peace of mind while we work in your home.
8. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It's up to you! Many clients choose to provide us with access to their home while they are away. We maintain a professional and trustworthy approach to ensure your home is safe.
9. How do I pay for the service?
Payments can be made via cash, credit card or bank transfer. We'll provide you with a receipt / invoice after the service is completed and payment is due upon completion of service.
10. Do you offer any discounts or referral programs?
